National Recognition
The Robert Morris University men’s hockey program earned five consecutive NCAA public recognition awards. This award is presented to teams in the top ten percent for Academic Progress Rate (APR) in each respective sport. The Colonials were the only team to earn a reward in each of those five years.
Academic Leaders
Colonial Forward Alex Dagnal was recognized as the Atlantic Hockey Student Athlete of the Year for three years in a row. A Biology major, Alex carried a career 4.0 grade point average.

Graduation is the goal, and RMU strives to ensure its student-athletes achieve that objective.
